Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to online registrations and payments made through https://megdesk.org, including SNOT (Studynlearn National Olympiad Test) and related program fees processed via Razorpay.

1. Payment Confirmation

A registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp (as applicable) once payment is verified.

2. Cancellation by User

• Cancellation requests must be sent to hello@megdesk.org with the student name, payment ID, and registered email/phone.
• Cancellation eligibility and timelines may vary by program and will be communicated at the time of registration.
• Platform or processing fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same registration.
• Payment debited but registration not confirmed due to a technical error on our side.
• Program cancellation by Megdesk or the organizing partner.
• Other cases approved by Megdesk management on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect details submitted by the user during registration.
• Failure to attend an exam or program after successful registration.
• Payments made for the wrong student or wrong subject selection due to user error.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our support team.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
• Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Megdesk will share a refund reference once the refund is initiated.

6. Partial Payments & Amount Mismatch

Our system requires payment of the exact order amount. Partial or incorrect payments are not accepted for registration completion. Any unmatched payment will be reviewed and refunded if applicable after verification.
